Our Walk & Talk Group recently enjoyed a scenic 5.5-mile walk around Acton, Nantwich, taking in the Shropshire Union and Llangollen Canals before heading across the surrounding fields.
The easy-going route took around two hours, with minimal climbing and three stiles along the way. The group then headed to The Barbridge Inn for lunch and a chance to catch up after the walk.
Our Walk & Talk Group is a great opportunity to get out, enjoy the local area and connect with others in the MND community.
