Rugby mad Ethan smashed his fundraising target and raised over £500 for MNDA.
When 7 year old Ethan heard that rugby star Lewis Moody had recently been diagnosed with MND, his mother told him that it’s the same disease that his favourite uncle had and there is no way of getting better.
Having already taken part in a charity auction for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, Ethan decided to take on his own challenge to raise money to help people. He decided to ride his bike every day for a week and even got his rugby coach involved as you can see in this early morning photo. His role as school counsellor means he also plans to suggest more fundraising ideas.
And in more exciting news, Ethan has been selected to run a mile with MNDA patron, Kevin Sinfield, during this year’s 7 in 7 Together Challenge.
